Project Description
The worship centre for Chermside-Kedron Uniting Church provides a main auditorium with two separable halls, coffee shop, thrift shop, amenities, meeting and administration areas. Parking for 117 cars is also provided.
Cullen Grummitt & Roe carried out civil design and documentation for the roadways, carparking areas and stormwater services. CGR also designed the building structure that includes elements of reinforced concrete, steelwork, precast concrete wall panels, concrete blockwork and clay brick construction.
The company carried out engineering inspections throughout the construction of the works.
