Project Description
There was a failure of a section of sheet pile wall which was installed at 40 Riverview Parade, Budd’s Beach on the Gold Coast. The sheet pile wall served as a cofferdam to allow the excavation and construction of the substructure of a proposed high rise residential apartment block. Cullen Grummitt and Roe was comissioned by Claim Adjustment Partners Group to review the available documentation and provide an opinion regarding the likely cause of the failure and the expected performance of the sheet pile wall system.
