Project Description
Cullen Grummitt & Roe has been engaged on the project since the State Government`s proposal to privatise the port was first made public and has assisted the client on the port infrastructure matters throughout the due diligence and concession process.
CGR provided due diligence services for the assessment of:
- Existing port infrastructure including wharves, buildings, roads and rail connection
- Dredging and reclamation regime including associated plant and equipment
The due diligence works were commenced in July 2010 and our client`s successful bid was announced in November 2010.
