Project Description
A redevelopment of the Breakfast Creek Wharf immediately upstream of the Breakfast Creek Road bridge was carried out in 1988. The development included a boardwalk along the edge of the creek, restaurants, shops, an observation tower and a feature water clock tower in Breakfast Creek.
The development has become a popular feature of Brisbane’s Waterfront.
Cullen Grummitt & Roe were the consultants for the civil and structural engineering of the structures over water, boardwalk, marina and dredging.
This involved the concept development, feasibility study, liaison with architects, authority approvals, detailed design and construction supervision of these elements.
