Project Description
This project involved the refurbishment of an existing eight storey block of apartments on Sydney Harbour.
Extensive underpinning, excavation under the existing building and temporary supporting of the structure was required.
Cullen Grummitt & Roe was the lead consultant responsible for the structural design and site supervision as well as project management of sub-consultants and contractors.
