Project Description
The development contained seventeen new unit blocks consisting of 480 units with underground parking and fifteen duplexes.
The project also included 5 swimming pools, two tennis courts, a recreation centre and an artificial canal passing through the site.
Cullen Grummitt & Roe was responsible for the structural design and construction supervision for the total development.
