Project Description
Cullen Grummitt & Roe prepared a layout plan and associated cost estimate to assist in a privatisation bid for land at Molineaux Point, Botany Bay, Sydney.
The development included provision for empty container storage pre-trip and repair, hazardous cargo storage inside purposed designed buildings and full container storage. In addition, a new wharf suitable for car vessels was included in the development.
The proposed facility focused on value adding to the container industry.
