Project Description
As part of the overall Momi Bay resort and residential development, Matapo Limited intend to construct a marina and cruise terminal. The proposed development includes:
- A 250 berth Marina.
- Several berths for large ferries
- A cruise ship berth A residential and retail development
CGR has been commissioned to conduct master planning and preliminary design of the marina and cruise terminal development, in conjunction with the lead architects for the overall Momi Bay development.
