Cullen Grummitt & Roe was commissioned to undertake a feasibility study for the redevelopment of an existing port at Callao, the main port for Lima, capital of Peru. The study involved the relocation of a copper concentrate exporting operation (located in the middle of the port) to a new facility, thereby providing sufficient area to develope a new, efficient container and general cargo operation.
